Your data

Delete your account.

You can delete your SetForge account and all of its data at any time, in the app or by asking us.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

  1. Open SetForge and go to Profile, then tap the Settings gear.
  2. Optional: tap Export my data first if you want a copy of your history.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is locked and signed out on every device straight away.

Or ask us by email

Can't open the app? Email support@setforge.com.au from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my SetForge account”. If you signed in with Apple's Hide My Email, send it from the Apple ID email instead and tell us that's how you signed in. We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, email address, name and sign-in connections (we also revoke SetForge's access to your Apple or Google sign-in).
  • All training data: programs, routines, workouts, sets, notes, records and custom exercises.
  • Your profile, body measurements and progress photos.
  • Your settings and subscription status stored with us.

What we keep

  • An anonymised note that an account was deleted on a given date. It contains no personal information.
  • Records Apple or Google keep about your purchases, under their own policies. We can't delete those.
  • Data still on your phone stays there until you delete the app.

Don't forget your subscription

Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription, because Apple or Google bills it. Cancel it in your App Store account (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
